5. Follow all Ethics and Compliance rules as per LREC and your MLS Board. Remember, if your license is in jeopardy, then so is ours.
1. Replace up to 4 existing previous broker’s signs that are active in the MLS to RealtyPlus’ standard signs: $0.00 (Custom signs are the responsibility of the agent)
2. Provide agent with the first 100 R+ standard business cards (Custom cards are the responsibility of agent)
3. Provide limited private coaching, easy broker access and unlimited brokerage support at no cost.
4. As an Independent Contractor, you will be given the freedom to perform all acts of real estate without interference, as long as it is in line with the LREC and MLS Board rules.
5. The brokerage will not require its agents to commit to anything beyond assisting their clients in the buying and selling real estate.
